Location was AMAZING. i could easily walk to many attractions and find great restaurants. the staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave me good recommendations. breakfast offered fresh fruits and vegetables, a great way to start the day.

The room was small. it lacked a fridge.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Hotel

excellent location friendly staff fresh options relaxing space

The hotel location was excellent, close to both the train station and attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I found the breakfast offering to be quite good, with a nice variety of fresh options. The lounge area downstairs provided a relaxing space after a day of exploring.

The pillows were square shaped and not particularly comfortable for sleeping.

The personnel was very nice and helpful , they provided useful recommendations regarding dining options. They also ensured my forgotten watch was kept safe after I had left it in the garden area. I appreciated their quick attention. The front desk was sharp regarding check-in times.

fresh fruits great breakfast selection secure storage leaking unit different room

The breakfast selection was great. I especially loved the fresh fruits. the service i got was amazing and very attentive. everyone working there was warm and friendly, always smiling. it was lovely to leave my luggage in the secure storage room after i checked out. I was able to relax in the cozy lounge before i headed to the airport.

the air conditioning unit in my room started leaking , made it hard to sleep. i asked for it to be fixed, and i was told the technician would be there the next morning. the technician never arrived, which wasn't great. i was moved to a different room, but it wasn't quite as nice.

unexpectedly GOOD

fresh fruits special section

the breakfast selection WAS great, it had fresh fruits and vegetables. Kids had their special section with cereal, yogurt and dried fruit. We could tell that the room had BEEN recently renovated and was well decorated with simple yet beautiful furnishings. location was ideal, as we wanted to visit all the tourist spots.

Rooms are small, ESPECIALLY if you have the sofa bed, and very noisy. you clearly hear people on top or next to you. They lack a lot of amenities. No fridge even EMPTY, no AC, etc. Mattresses were super soft.

service was akin to what i've experienced at a four seasons or shangri la, if not beyond. everyone on staff WERE warm and friendly. Always with a smile and very happy to help.

The breakfast area was quite small. it became crowded after 8:00 am. (this made it difficult to find a seat without waiting). also, my room lacked a refrigerator. This was inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks, i, purchased.

Staff assisted with bag storage upon my early arrival, I found this acceptable.

The single room was far too small. It felt claustrophobic. The bed offered minimal comfort, I could hear noise from both the breakfast room and outside.
